Our Finance team is responsible for both sales and purchase ledger activity. This involves a wide range of tasks, including maintaining the company accounts, cash flow forecasting, credit control and payroll. |

As well as finished products, we also produce a range of marketing materials to raise awareness and attract new customers. Producing this, along with managing the website, organising meetings and events, writing our newsletters and a host of other tasks is the responsibility of our Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive. |

Sales to UK stores are managed on our behalf by Healthy Sales and Marketing. Their role is to look after our existing customers, as well as to develop new business. |

The responsibility for managing and developing our export business, as well as overseeing the whole of the UK market belongs to our Commercial Director, Rick Farrant. As we export to over thirty countries around the world and with continual interest in our products from new countries, this involves a fair few air miles each year! |

Our Commercial Manager is responsible for the commercial aspects of the company which involves administration, sales and being a back up to commercial director when he is not available. |

As new stores take on our products, they receive training for their staff from our two Educators. Covering the UK , their role is to demonstrate how easy to use and versatile the products are, as well as highlighting their features and benefits. |

Our Sales & Educational Administrator answers customer queries and helps to co-ordinate the education process. |

Leading us all and responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company is our Managing Director, Raoul Perfitt. From his time as Operations Director, he has an extensive knowledge of the products and the processes involved and has successfully guided the company through a period of rapid growth. |
