As the first port of call for incoming communication, our Receptionist has a key role in the smooth running of the company. At reception all company visitors and guests are greeted, and calls from customers and suppliers are answered and directed. The Receptionist liaises with all departments and acts as a centre point for the business. |

Next to reception is the sales administration department. This busy department is the responsibility of our Sales Admin Supervisor who together with a small team of administrators deals with all customer queries. The scope of these is immense - from questions about the products or the ingredients which we use, to enquiries about local salons or retailers. The team also processes all customer orders, both domestic and export. |
| Our next department is purchasing which manages about 600 components for all our different products. This includes raw materials, bottles, labels and packaging. A tight control over stock levels is required to ensure our manufacturing department can produce the finished products. | |

Overseeing both purchasing and the production planning schedule is the Stock and Planning Manager, who is responsible for organising when each product is manufactured, along with the Purchasers and Planners. |
