Delivery service

All items are shipped by Royal Mail. For UK deliveries items are shipped by Standard or First Class Post.  For our overseas deliveries items are shipped by Air Mail.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are based your order value and location.
If you are resident within the UK or Channel Islands you have the option of Standard or Express delivery. To determine delivery charges for your country, pleas select a region below.

How quickly will my order be despatched?

• Orders placed before 12pm (Mon to Fri) we will endeavour to despatch the same day, or the next working day.
• Orders placed after 12pm (Mon to Fri) we will endeavour to despatch on the next working day.
• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holiday we will endeavour to despatch on the next official working day.

Delivery Times - How long will it take to receive my order?

• Please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery in the UK .
• Please allow 5 -12 working days for deliveries outside the UK.

Please note that the above mentioned delivery times are estimates only as delivery is via Royal Mail and may take longer.

Missing or damaged items

Please advise us of any missing or damaged items within 5 days of receipt of goods. Please contact our customer service team on 01590 613490.

Returns policy

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team on
+44 (0)1590 613490. If you wish to return goods, you must do so within seven working days following receipt. A full refund, including the initial delivery costs, is available providing the goods are returned in the condition in which they were sold.

Customs charges

When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country and any charges must be borne by you.
